Damn i was working out from age of 12 mainly doing situps and push ups and hanging off bars. i joined a gym at 16 with an athletic skinny build with a strong core. already was ahead of all of my freinds at the gym. they used to wonder how i could beat them on almost every move even though they were bigger in size but none of them put time in their core muscle training like abs and oblieques
